SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description
The Primus Magnus Services text messaging program provides conversational and informational messages between Primus Magnus Services and its clients, including responses to your inquiries, appointment and scheduling messages, project and service updates, and follow-ups related to services you have requested. We do not send marketing blasts or promotional campaigns.
2. Opting in
You can consent to receive text messages from Primus Magnus Services in any of the following ways:
- Texting the keyword JOIN (or START) to (469) 208-1266;
- Sending a text message to us first, which initiates a conversation you may continue or end at any time; or
- Providing us your mobile number and verbally or in writing agreeing to be contacted by text.
When you opt in by keyword, you will receive an enrollment confirmation message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and the services you have requested.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Primus Magnus Services does not charge for participation in this program.
5. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text JOIN to the same number and we will resume sending messages to you.
6. Help and support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply HELP to any message from us, email [email protected], or call (469) 208-1266.
7. Supported carriers and liability
The program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability.
8. Privacy
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the program or posted on this page.
